Ni-Hao!!
Ok, I have officially been watching too much childrens programming-I find myself singing theme songs to The Wonder Pets and Dora...I never imagined I would be "that mom" -you know the one who knows all the nursery rhymes and the latest kids books...yeah that wasn't going to be me but here I lay in silence-trying to remember the latest Chinese word we learned tonight on Kai-Lan...I hope she learns to like Family Guy soon or even the Simpsons!!

Hopefully not too soon or her first word is going to be "DOH"
ReplyDeleteI'm sure she will be saying worse things...she already has a pretty extensive vocabulary...though that commercial for "your baby can read" looks pretty tempting....lol
