I Hate January 29th for the rest of my years...

January 29th 1998 I gave birth to identical twin boys-Alec Chandler and Austin Magnus...sadly Alec was stillborn and Austin was born with severe brain damage as a result...it was supposed to be the greatest day of my life and turned out to be the worst....thus every year it came around trying to be happy for one twin when the other wasn't with us was just as trying on my soul...And now that they have each other-I am here with only memories-which I am truly grateful for but it still sucks...planning on going out to dinner tonight and releasing balloons...I'm sure newly teenage boys would have chosen Hooters for dinner but I have never been there and don't want my first time to be tonight...Can't wait for the day to be over...mommy loves and misses you babies!!

2011 here we come...

I cannot wait for this year to be over!! And just when I thought all hope was lost...my tattoo artist contacts me and tells me he will be in town and invites me to a few hours of ink!! Mind you seeing him any other time woukd involve driving to Chicago or flying to Maryland so this is kind of a big deal!! I have been walking around with an outline of angel wings covering my back for 2. Years!! Now everything will start to come together...I know it seems I should be grateful fro breathing every day but life has become so monotonous and I just can't wait to move on with our lives at this point...

No more craft shows!!

I did a craft show yesterday and made a whopping $5!!! I have decided against doing anymore crafting until we build our new home because the few things i made took alot of time away from Atigun and I don't want to do that again...

Ok, I have officially been watching too much childrens programming-I find myself singing theme songs to The Wonder Pets and Dora...I never imagined I would be "that mom" -you know the one who knows all the nursery rhymes and the latest kids books...yeah that wasn't going to be me but here I lay in silence-trying to remember the latest Chinese word we learned tonight on Kai-Lan...I hope she learns to like Family Guy soon or even the Simpsons!!
